On June 8, 2024, many flowers celebrated my 80th birthday.

Our very good Korean friends Mr. and Mrs Park visited us again.
We have been seeing each other more than 20 years. |

Our beloved cousin Keiji Nagai, a designer, passed away on July 28th,
2024.
Keiji grew up with Den, so he was a brother rather than a cousin.
We miss him so much.
He was only 75 years old. |

In October, we went to Osaka to see Noh Play by the National Treasure
Otsuki Bunzo. Master Otsuki is our long friend. |

After Osaka, we visited Sakai City, which is the home town of the
famous lady-poet Yosano Akiko.(1878-1942)
I had long wanted to go to the museum to know more about this lady.

Newspaper told that more than 600,000 people come to see this festival.

Our friends from Osaka and Tokyo enjoyed the parade. |

Our 55years' friend Terry Welch visited us from Mexico.
Famous potter Takashi Nakazato joined us. |

December 6, 2024.
Den's cousin came and we went driving in the suburbs of Karatsu to see
the beautiful mountains.
We visited some small shrines to play for the health and peace for 2025.
